Welcome to Gretchen's Cookery School!

I cook. A lot. I trained in my mother’s kitchen, my grandparents’ kitchen, my mother’s best friend June’s kitchen. I devoured cookbooks and taught myself, learning from my mistakes and delighting in my successes, until I trained formally under the wise eye of Darina Allen at Ballymaloe Cookery School in County Cork, Ireland. I started a cookery school which I ran for 14 years. 

 

Here I am back in business and so excited to be officially running my cookery classes again!
